We’ll start each session with a short guided mediation to ground and center us before beginning the creative meditative process of creating a prayer bead necklace.

You have a choice of natural finish rosewood beads or natural stone. Images of the stone bead options are below. Pick one!

I ask that you register a few week in advance so that I can have the your beads and supplies ready.
